Data synchronisation

After activating the Search Ready add-on, the first step begins - synchronization of data between your e-shop and our search engine. We only receive public data about your products and categories.

Personal consultation

Our sales representative will contact you within 1-2 business days to arrange an online presentation of our search. Together we will go over all the options for setup, appearance and functionality.

Conclusion of the licence agreement

Once we have agreed on the specific parameters of how Search Ready will be tailored to your exact needs, the next step is to enter into a licensing agreement. The contract defines the terms and price of the service. Everything will be transparent and we will clearly inform you of all the details.

Finalisation of setup and implementation

Once the personalization is complete, a sales representative will contact you to present you with the final version of the search. Once you are satisfied with the setup, we will remotely activate our search and Search Ready will be immediately available to your customers.
